Aaron David Fry, 56, of Columbus, passed away unexpectedly August 7, 2022 at his home.
Aaron was born February 26, 1966, in Iowa City, Iowa.
Aaron loved the outdoors and loved to laugh. He enjoyed mountain biking, hiking and traveling. A great father dedicated to his children, Aaron, cherished the time spent with his kids. He was caring, giving and had a wonderful sense of humor. A beloved swim coach and a great neighbor. A friend to many, Aaron would help anyone he could. He enjoyed life, enjoyed helping others, enjoyed his family and enjoyed being “Dad” to his children. Mr. Fry will be remembered as the “master of everything eggs” as he had perfected the egg sandwich.
Survivors include his children, Alexandra Fry, MacKenzie Fry, Jacqueline Fry, all of Chicago, Illinois, David Fry, Millicent Fry; life partner, Rachel Fry and his dog, Otis Mae, all of Columbus.
In keeping with the family’s request, cremation will take place and a celebration of life gathering will be held at CCC Camp Shelter at the Brown County State Park at 2:00 p.m. August 27, 2022.
