The Bartholomew County Health Department will have a drive-thru flu clinic from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 4 at the Bartholomew County Fairgrounds, 750 W. County Road 200S.
Children under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present. Most insurance can be billed and a transaction fee for credit or debit cards will be applied.
Cash discount costs are $20 for Quadrivalent, $60 for high dose (age 65 or older) or FluBlok (immunocompromised).
Those who are uninsured or insurance does not pay for flu vaccine may receive the shot at no charge (does not apply to high dose or FluBlok.
The health department is recommending everyone 6 months old and older should get the flu vaccine.
