ELIZABETHTOWN
William “Chris” Wright, 70, of Elizabethtown, passed from this life at 12:21 p.m., Wednesday, September 7, 2022, at Columbus Regional Hospital.
Mr. Wright was born December 3, 1951, in Marion, Indiana, the son of William M. and Jane Pyne Wright.
He was a former pilot for Rhoades Aviation and general manager of Marion Municipal Airport.
After retiring from aviation he went on to computer consulting.
Surviving is his sister, Joan Wright (Jon Monies) of Columbus.
In keeping with Mr. Wright’s wishes, cremation will take place and no services are planned at this time.
