SOUTHAMPTON, Bermuda — Tyler Duncan fired an opening-round 5-under-par 66 Thursday and is tied for 29th place in the Butterfield Bermuda Championship.
Duncan, a 2008 Columbus North graduate, eagled both par-5s on the front nine on his way to a 6-under 30. He was 1-over 36 on the back.
Austin Smotherman and Harrison Endycott share the lead at 9-under 62.
