Lillian Nadine Miller, 87, passed away Tuesday, November 1, 2022. Lillian was born January 9, 1935 in Whitesburg, Kentucky to parents Loren and Mary Day.

She married Victor Miller on June 22, 1957 and he preceded her in death in 2011. Lillian was a long-time member of Valley Home Memorial Old Regular Baptist Church in Freetown, Indiana. She enjoyed gardening, canning, and loved to travel, especially to Kentucky, Tennessee, and other southern states. She loved her family very much and was a very devoted mother to her children.

Lillian is survived by her daughter, Rebecca (Leslie) Williams; her son, Robert Miller; and her sister, Irene Banks. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; infant twins; brothers, Otis Day, Eugene Day, and Thomas Day; and sisters, Marie Ingram, Katherine Pack, Dorothy Fields, and Pansy Whitaker.

A funeral service for Lillian will be held Saturday, November 5 at 10 a.m. at Myers-Reed Chapel. Friends may gather for visitation on Friday, November 4 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial Donations in her name may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, the Heart Association, or the National Kidney Foundation.
