COLUMBUS
Jeffery C. Kelley, 64, of Columbus, passed from this life at 9:26 a.m. Sunday, November 27, 2022, at his home surrounded by family.
Mr. Kelley was born December 17, 1957, in Columbus, the son of Robert L. Kelley Sr. and Nellie J. Hornback Kelley.
Jeffery married Marilyn Davis June 30, 1975.
He was owner of Kelley’s Auto Interiors.
Survivors include his wife of 47 years; children, Cristy Fields, Jeffery C. (Amber) Kelley II and Miranda Keels all of Columbus; grandchildren, Matthew Kelley, Mackenzie Fields, Mason Fields, Colton Riley, Austin Kelley, Joanna Kelley, Callie Kramer and Trey Keels; a granddaughter to arrive in February; a great-granddaughter to arrive in May; brothers, Jack Kelley and Bob (Nancy) Kelley both of Columbus; sisters, Barbara (Jacob) Crouch and Jennifer (Donald) Lancaster both of Columbus; step-mother, Norma Carolyn Kelley of Columbus and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, John Wesley Kelley.
The funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Friday at Barkes, Weaver &Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street with Jimmy Bennett officiating.
A time of visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. to time of service.
Jeffery’s request was that everyone attending the service to wear a tropical-Hawaiian shirt and jeans
In keeping with Jeffery’s wishes, cremation will take place following the service.
Memorial contributions may be made to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana or Columbus Salvation Army
