COLUMBUS
Kelly L. Easton, 53, of Columbus, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, November 27, 2022 at Columbus Regional Hospital.
Kelly was born January 13, 1969, in Columbus, Indiana, the daughter of Julius William and Carolyn Sue Davis Easton.
Miss Easton worked as a manager at various restaurants and food service in the Columbus area. She enjoyed working crossword puzzles, coloring and watching movies from the 1980’s. Kelly also found enjoyment in spending quality time with her family. Cooking was another area that she excelled at, especially when she prepared her chili and spaghetti dishes. Kelly will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
Survivors include her sons, Andrew (Bailey Deckard) Easton, Keagan Easton, both of Columbus; grandchildren, Hendrix and Remi Easton; niece, Lake (Dylan) Whitehead-Warner, also of Columbus; great-nephews, Vance and Vincent; great-niece, Vivianna.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Monica Easton and Kimberly Easton.
The funeral will be conducted at 12:00 p.m. Wednesday at Barkes, Weaver &Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street with Pastor Jerry Day, Sr. officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service Wednesday at the funeral home. A live stream of the funeral service may be viewed at 12:00 p.m. Wednesday at barkesweaverglick.com.
Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.
