INDIANAPOLIS — Marnie Schwartzkopf, Bartholomew County 4-H Fair Queen in 2022, was among the top 10 finalists in the Indiana State Fair competition this weekend.
She did not advance to make the queen’s court.
Claire Bishop, representing Hancock County, is the 2023 Indiana State Fair queen.
