County now under warning of ‘slight risk’ of severe weather on Thursday

Bartholomew County has been downgraded to a slight risk of severe weather on Thursday by the National Weather Service

COLUMBUS, Ind. — Bartholomew County Emergency Management said Bartholomew County is under an enhanced risk of severe weather on Thursday.

Main hazards include damaging wind, small hail, and frequent lightning. Rain will begin late Wednesday night and last through Thursday night.  Severe weather timing is expected from mid-morning through the afternoon.
