Duncan takes third in Honda Classic

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. — Tyler Duncan came away with his second-best career PGA finish on Sunday when he took third in the The Honda Classic.

The Columbus North graduate fired a final-round 4-under-par 66. He had shot 67-67-68 the first three days and finished at 12-under 268 for the tournament.

Chris Kirk beat Eric Cole on the first hole of a sudden-death playoff after both had finished at 14-under 266.
