COLUMBUS, Ind. — Due to continued filming for the movie, “The Ice Cream Man,” the following closures will be in effect for Thursday, March 16 from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Seventh Street from Franklin Street west to Lafayette Avenue
- The northern half of the City/Library parking lot, as well as the entrance/exit off 7th Street
- The north/south alleys between Franklin and Lafayette at 7th Street
