The Bartholomew County School Supply Assistance Program registration is underway.
The program helps Bartholomew County students in grades kindergarten through 12 with basic school supplies for the upcoming school year.
Families may call the registration line now through July 25, between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday at (812) 375-2216 to register.
Those who speak Spanish may call SuCasa Indiana at 812-375-9370 to register.
Monetary and supply donations are still needed. Those wishing to contribute may go to uwbarthco.org/bcssap and click on the Amazon Wish List link or the monetary donation link.
Volunteers are needed to help with registration. Those interested in helping will work two-hour shifts and may volunteer as much or as little as availability allows. Visit United Way’s volunteer site at uwbarthco.galaxydigital.com/ or by going to uwbarthco.org and clicking on “volunteer.”
