CROMWELL, Conn. — Tyler Duncan fired a 1-under-par 69 in Thursday’s opening round and is tied for 68th place in the Travelers Championship.
The Columbus North graduate shot 1-over 36 on the front nine and 2-under 33 on the back at TPC River Highlands. He had an eagle, two birdies and three bogeys.
Denny McCarthy leads the tournament with a 10-under par 60.
