Peyton Gray
Milwaukee Milkmen pitcher Peyton Gray has been selected for the 2023 Independent American Association All-Star Game, which will be tonight in Franklin, Wisconsin.
The 2014 Columbus East graduate is 1-0 with one save and leads the Milkmen with a 1.37 ERA. He has 27 strikeouts and only th5ree walks in 19.2 innings pitched.
Gray pitched for the Milkmen in 2020 and was named the Independent League American Association Relief Pitcher of the Year and Rookie of the Year after going 3-0 with 32 scoreless innings that season. He also has spent time in the Colorado Rockies and Kansas City Royals organizations. He sat out last season because of arm trouble before signing with the Milkmen in March.
