WAYNESVILLE — Eastern Bartholomew Water has issued a boil water advisory for Waynesville after another utility company hit a water main there.
Once service is restored, Waynesville will be under a boil water advisory until 2 p.m. Friday.
Any water that is to be consumed or used for cooking purposes should be boiled for at least 3 to 5 minutes and cooled before consuming, the Taylorsville-based utility said.
