JENNINGS COUNTY — GeoStabilization International, an Indiana Department of Transportation contractor, plans to begin work on a slide repair project next week on State Road 7 north of Scipio on or after Monday.
State Road 7 will be reduced to one lane near Private Road 625W and temporary signals will control traffic.
The contractor will stabilize the roadway and adjacent hillside through the construction of a soil nail wall. The work is anticipated to last approximately 10 days, dependent on the weather.
