INDIANAPOLIS — The Tony Stewart Foundation and downtown Indianapolis custom builder HE Homes are teaming up for a home giveaway raffle that organizers called the first of its kind in the Circle City.

The raffle winner will receive a new move-in ready HE Homes house in the Sheldon on 16th neighborhood, a sought-after location in the heart of Indianapolis near 16th Street and College Avenue. Raffle tickets are $100, and all proceeds from ticket sales will help the Tony Stewart Foundation’s efforts in providing funds to its grant partners, which include the Humane Society for Hamilton County, Hoosier Burn Camp, ICAN, Colby & Cate’s Charities and more.

“We’re thrilled to partner with HE Homes on this exciting opportunity,” said Stewart, a Columbus native, former NASCAR champion and IndyCar star and founder of the Tony Stewart Foundation. “We hope that by offering the chance to win a beautiful new home, we can raise awareness and funds for our respective organizations and make a positive impact in our community.”

Raffle tickets can be purchased through Oct. 10 and are available at fire stations and business locations around central Indiana. A complete list of locations where tickets are available can be found at tonystewarthomeraffle.com. The raffle is approved and monitored by the Indiana Gaming Commission, and no more than 10,000 tickets will be sold.

The home is located at 1639 Sheldon St. in Indianapolis. Raffle organizers said anyone interested can see the home and purchase raffle tickets in person during open house events at the following times: Wednesday, Aug. 16, 4-6 p.m.; Sunday, Aug. 20, 3-5 p.m.; Tuesday, Aug. 22, 4-6 p.m.; Friday, Aug. 25, 4-6 p.m.; Saturday, Aug. 26, 11-3 p.m.; Sunday, Aug. 27, 11-3 p.m.; Monday, Aug. 28, 4-6 p.m.; or Wednesday, Aug. 30, 4-6 p.m.

A block party event is planned for Nov. 11 during which the winning ticket will be drawn live at the house.

“We’re grateful for the opportunity to partner with the Tony Stewart Foundation on this raffle campaign to help enhance their mission and make a difference in our community, while providing someone with a brand-new home before the holidays,” said Andrew Brindley of HE Homes. “We can’t wait to see who the lucky winner of the house will be!”

The Tony Stewart Foundation’s mission is to provide grant funding to well-qualified organizations serving children who are critically ill or physically disabled; animals at-risk or endangered; and drivers injured in the sport of motor racing.
