IUC men win, women fall

The IU-Columbus men’s soccer team posted a 3-2 win at Pikeville (Kentucky), while the Crimson Pride women fell 2-0 at Franklin on Saturday.

Angel Roque scored a pair of goals, and Alejandro Saldivar added the game-winner in the 75th minute for the IUC men (2-0). Aywan Ishaq had an assist.

The Crimson Pride outshopt Pikeville 12-10. Jacob Kasarda recorded four saves, and Zach Mills added two saves.

Franklin outshot the IUC women (0-2) 14-2. Ana Jackson posted four saves, and Vanessa Tochimani had two saves.
