The Hauser Junior High co-ed soccer team finished in a 3-3 Mid-Hoosier Conference tie with Southwestern (Shelby) on Wednesday.
Landon Pendleton scored two goals, and Phillipe Eugene had the other goal for the Jets (1-3-2, 0-0-2). Luke Raisor recorded three saves.
Panther girls win, tie
The Jennings County Middle School girls soccer team beat a co-ed squad from Benjamin Rush 3-1 on Wednesday and tied the Seymour girls 1-1 on Thursday.
Sofia Lazcano scored two goals, and Delaynee Ritz added a goal and an assist against Benjamin Rush. Mooky Ratcliff also had an assist, and Kelsi Ledbetter posted four saves.
Ratcliff scored the goal for the Panthers (1-2-1) against Seymour. Ledbetter recorded three saves.
JC boys blank Rush
Jennings County Middle School boys soccer posted a 2-0 shutout of Benjamin Rush on Wednesday and fell to Seymour 6-1 on Thursday.
Quelvin Velasquez Funes and Kaleb McIntosh scored the goals for the Panthers against Benjamin Rush.
McIntosh scored for Jennings (3-3) against Seymour. Barrett Stoner posted three saves, and Levi Whitsell had two saves.
