MARTINSVILLE — Colubmus Christian won the first set Thursday, but Martinsville Tabernacle rallied for a 19-25, 25-17, 25-19, 25-11 victory.
Emma Murray pounded six kills, Abby Dora recorded three assists, Bella Frederickson had two solo and two assist blocks, Yanna Foster notched nine digs and Emma Sewell served five aces to lead the Crusaders (1-12).
Also for Columbus Chrsitian, Frederickson tallied five kills, had added three kills and Sewell added two assists. Murray colleged one solo block and six digs, Paige Walden contributed two assist blocks and Paige Harden added eight digs and three aces.
