Members of the Fraternal Order of Eagles announced plans to move from their home of nearly 75 years across from Bartholomew County Courthouse to the empty, former Wonder Bread store farther north on Washington Street.

Columbus Regional Hospital Auxiliary presented a record $127,000 to the hospital, which would enable CRH to purchase a $60,000 ambulance, fiberoptic instruments for the operating room and hearing assistance devices for the Kroot Auditorium sound system as well as scholarship assistance for individuals pursuing health-related careers.
