SEYMOUR — Brown County girls soccer advanced to the Trinity Lutheran Sectional final with a 2-0 semifinal win against the host Cougars on Thursday.
Ava Stogsdill scored both goals for the Eagles (6-4-1). Brown County will play Class A No. 1 Providence, a 12-0 winner over Austin in the other semifinal, in the sectional final at 7 p.m. Saturday.
Trinity finishes the season 1-8.
