Barb Hackman
Bartholomew County Treasurer Barb Hackman was one of more than 650 county officials and employees who attended the Association of Indiana Counties annual conference Sept. 25-28 in Orange County.
The 65th annual conference offered county officials a wide variety of professional development courses and updates on issues facing county government.
During the election of officers, Hackman was moved to second vice president of the organization.
