Daughter of Owen and Rachel (Gaddis) Whitlock of Edinburgh IN. She was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers (Bob, Bill, Ernie, Doug, and Justin), two sisters (Joyce Everroad and Betty Streeval).
She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Michael Mitchell, a daughter, Barbara Ritchie, a son, William Freeman, a brother, Frankie, and two sisters, Jesse Carter, and Carolyn Owens.
Memorial service will be at Jewell-Rittman Funeral Home. Calling is on Saturday, October 14 2023 from 10-12. Memorial service at 12.
