Executive Human Rights Commission Meeting — 10 a.m., City Hall, 123 Washington St., Columbus.

Playdate at the Library — 11 to 11:30 a.m., Bartholomew County Public Library, 536 Fifth St., Columbus. Children ages 1-5 and their caregiver are invited to come play at the library during this unstructured social time. We will have activities and toys to build large motor and fine motor muscles.

Teen Mental Health First Aid — 4 to 5:30 p.m., Bartholomew County Public Library, 536 Fifth St., Columbus. Teen Mental Health First Aid teaches how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges in themselves, their friends, and peers.

Open House at Propeller — 6 to 8 p.m., Columbus Propeller, 4760 Ray Boll Blvd., Columbus. We will have activities for the whole family. You will see what Propeller and local makers have created. We will also have STEAM activities, pumpkin painting, and smores by the fire.
