Elza “Keith” Pack, 57, of Columbus, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, November 7, 2023 while at work.
Keith was born May 28, 1966, in Columbus, Indiana, the son of Elza and Kathryn M. Day Pack.
Keith worked as a forklift operator at Sunrite America for several years.
Survivors include his fianc?, Linda Evans; son, Ricky Stevens of Franklin; daughters, Andrea Nay and Thad Nay, Stacy Louden of Edinburgh; granddaughter, Danielle Nay of Austin, Indiana; mother-in-law, Olive Evans; sisters-in-law, Susan (Jim) Simmons, Diane (Gary) Raichel, Wendy (Anthony) Phipps along with numerous cousins, friends, coworkers, aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by his parents and uncle, Eldra Pack.
The funeral service will be conducted at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday at Barkes, Weaver &Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street with Pastor Luke Maggard officiating. Visitation will be from 1:30 p.m. until the time of service Tuesday at the funeral home. In keeping with the family’s request, cremation will take place after the funeral service.
Inurnment will be at Valley Home Old Regular Baptist Cemetery next to his mother, Kathryn.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Bartholomew County Humane Society.
