INDIANAPOLIS – Barbara Hackman, Bartholomew County treasurer, was elected Second Vice President of the Association of Indiana Counties (AIC) board of directors. She began her term on Nov. 1. Board elections were held during the AIC’s 65th Annual Conference in Orange County.
