SEYMOUR — The Columbus East wrestlers opened their season Thursday with a 72-3 rout at Seymour.
Starting at 285 pounds, Dominic Piper (285), Talon Jessup (113), Gage Rutan (126), Caleb Kirkpatrick (138), Caleb Cooper (144), Nate Anderson (150), Lincoln Cooper (157), Tyler Lake (175) and Colin McMahon (190) all won by pin for the Olympians. Aiden Miller (132) won by injury default.
East’s Ethan Poling (106) won by tech fall. Clayton Miller (165) won by major decision, and James Moss (215) won by decision.
