Christmas of Yesteryear draws crowd in Hope

HOPE — ‘Christmas of Yesteryear,’ presented by the Yellow Trail Museum, took place Friday in the Hope Town Square.

Town residents portrayed individuals important to the town’s history on stage inside Willow Leaves of Hope, located on the north side of the square.

In addition to the performance, a living nativity scene was on display in the shelter house, including a donkey, sheep and goats.

Visitors to the event received a punch card, which they could get punched at participating businesses in the town, and those that got their card punched at every business was eligible for a grand prize drawing at the end of the evening.
