INDIANAPOLIS — Revelers can ring in the new year at the inaugural fundraising gala called Midnight, set Sunday in celebration of New Year’s Eve. This black-tie 21-and-older fundraising event is themed “Under the Stars” and guests will enjoy an open bar, glitz, glamour, music and much more throughout the Newfields campus.

Tickets are on sale now at discovernewfields.org/midnight

Attendees can dance the night away in the heart of the Indianapolis Museum of Art to Chicago’s premier old school Swing, Rhythm & Blues band, The Rhythm Rockets. They can explore exhibitions in the IMA Galleries, take in the views of a brand-new curated fireworks showcase on the Clowes Pavilion ceiling, be dazzled by Winterlights during the night, enjoy endless flavorful food stations and festive specialty cocktails and mocktails.

There’s also Tito’s Ice Bar outside on the Alliance Sculpture Court and the night’s one-of-a-kind countdown for that “can’t miss kiss.” Attendees can upgrade their ticket and be awestruck by The Lume Indianapolis featuring Van Gogh with “Starry Night” swirling all around.

Proceeds from Midnight will directly support Newfields’ mission to enrich lives through experiences with art and nature. Support benefits the care and conservation of the Indianapolis Museum of Art Collections, future special exhibitions, new community-focused programming and education, seasonal festivals like Harvest Nights, Winterlights and Spring Blooms, as well as the ongoing maintenance and new infrastructure projects in The Garden and The Virginia B. Fairbanks Art & Nature Park.
