COLUMBUS, Ind. — Elwood Staffing announced Monday that it has acquired BelFlex Staffing Network, a provider of commercial staffing and flexible workforce solutions headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio.
This transaction complements the company’s national footprint, adding 26 branch locations in 19 new markets, primarily throughout the Midwest and Southeast. The addition of BelFlex continues the company’s aggressive inorganic growth strategy, marking its 20th lifetime acquisition.
BelFlex has been an industry champion in the light industrial commercial staffing space for 35 years, making its client and service portfolio an excellent match for Elwood Staffing. BelFlex will be a wholly owned subsidiary of Elwood Staffing operating under the BelFlex brand.
