Orchids to

Nikki Haley, a better alternative.

Dominic Allman for taking the silver in the mens singles competition of the Indoor Amateur Open at the IRC East pickle ball tournament in Lawrence.

John Krull for another great column.

the legislators pushing a bill to allow teens to work like adults instead of encouraging them to stay in school, we’re regressing to the early 1900s.

the lawmaker who has much to gain personally from the legalization of medical marijuana use.

the lawmaker proposing medical marijuana, when federal law still does not permit it.

those who still have not taken down their Christmas lights.

those who drive too fast on bad roads, putting everybody in danger.

people who don’t realize that the majority of the problem on our southern border is Catholicism.

people who want to elect the previous disgraced president who had almost a 100 felony charges against him and who was found civilly liable by a judge in a rape case, and we’re just getting started.

the local lawmaker and gun supporter who wants to make guns confiscated by police available for resale to the public rather than destroying them.

the apartments that did not remove snow from their parking lots or side walks creating fall hazards for their residents.

the one-note columnist who never mentions the fumbles and bumbles of the leader of his party.

the candidate who, just last weekend, promised that if he is reelected he will turn our country from a constitutional republic into a strong man hypocrisy.
