NAMI, the National Alliance on Mental Illness, will hold a In Our Own Voice Gathering for Peers in the Second Floor Conference Room of the Bartholomew County Public Library on Feb. 26 from 5:30 to 6:45 p.m.
All people who have lived with a mental health condition are invited to attend.
Krystyna Karr, a NAMI volunteer, will speak at the event, highlighting her own experience with mental health conditions. Karr is a central Indiana native who volunteers for multiple organizations that focus on education, mental health and youth advocacy.
