Flow Yoga — Noon to 1 p.m., Bartholomew County Public Library, 536 Fifth St., Columbus. Join us for a one-hour session with certified yoga instructor Sonia Aponte. This class will focus on a smooth, continuous flow of movements linked to the breath to help achieve a mind/body balance.

Teen Volunteer Day — 1 to 4 p.m., Bartholomew County Public Library, 536 Fifth St., Columbus. Available volunteer tasks include making decorations for Summer Reading, making seed packets for Cleo’s Seed Share, dusting, or brainstorming ideas for future teen programs. Make sure you bring any papers that need to be signed for your school with you.

Pokemon Club — 4 to 5 p.m., Bartholomew County Public Library, 536 Fifth St., Columbus. Card collectors, trainers, gamers, and fans are all welcome to join as we learn and talk about all things Pokemon.

Alzheimer’s Support Group — 4:30 to 6 p.m., First Lutheran Church, 3600 25th St., Columbus. Welcome all those caring for loved ones with Alzheimer’s disease or a related disorder. It is not appropriate for dementia patients. Please enter the church through the Fellowship Hall entrance at the east end of the parking lot.

STEAM and Storytime — 6 to 7 p.m., Bartholomew County Public Library, 536 Fifth St., Columbus. Join us for a delicious event celebrating Augustus Jackson, the Father of Ice Cream. Co-author Kim Freeman will share her book and lead us as we make our own ice cream. Ages 4-12. Registration is required.

NAMI Family-to-Family — 6 to 8:30 p.m., The Commons, 300 Washington St., Columbus. A free, 8-session education program for family, friends and significant others of adults with mental health conditions. The course is designed to increase understanding and advocacy skills while helping participants maintain their own well-being.
