Six girls earned the top spots among 1999’s 700 Bartholomew County graduating seniors. Valedictorians for the Class of 1999 were Sarah Siegmann, Molly Holtkamp and Meghan Bramlett. Salutatorians were Melissa Alfierei, Dawn Boggs and Erin McIntyre.

The annual Heart Fund show, a clothing donation fundraiser, took place in the Southside Junior High School auditorium. Models took to the stage to show off apparel from various Columbus clothing stores, and all money and clothing collected was donated to the Heart Fund.
