Reading with Friends — 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., Bartholomew County Public Library, 536 Fifth St., Columbus. This book group is design for readers and non-readers. Participants can enjoy stories, and be guided through discussion and activities related to the reading.

Preschool STEAM — 11 to 11:30 a.m., Bartholomew County Public Library, 536 Fifth St., Columbus. Preschoolers together with their caregivers can use many different types of blocks and building toys to make structures, bridges, homes, and anything else they can imagine. This program is geared towards children ages 3-5 and their caregiver.

TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) 1444 — 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., Mill Race Center, 900 Lindsey St., Columbus. Weigh-in at 11:30 a.m., meeting from noon to 1 p.m. Must be a member of Mill Race Center. Call Karen Burbrink at 812-371-9616.
