The presence of insects and rodents shall be controlled to minimize their presence on the premises. Rodent droppings were found in the cabinet near the door of the alcohol storage room. Professional pest control must be sought immediately and copies of the receipt for treatment must be provided to this department by Feb. 22, 2024. Working containers used to store poisonous or toxic materials must be clearly labeled with the common name of their contents. A spray bottle of cleaning agent stored in the cabinet below the hand sink for the wait station was not labeled.

The refrigerated drawers used to store raw shrimp, chicken, beef and pork was not maintaining a proper temperature. The foods were measured between 63 and 58° Fahrenheit.
