Melvin Leemont Eubank

Melvin Leemont Eubank, born on July 11, 1939, in Paoli, Indiana, peacefully passed away on March 23, 2024, at the age of 84 in Venice, Florida. Melvin was a Diesel Engine Technician at Cummins in Columbus, Indiana, dedicating his career to his craft.

He was an avid softball player and golfer, finding joy and relaxation in the sports he loved. Mel’s passion for the game shone through in all he did, both on and off the field.

Melvin will be deeply missed and forever cherished by his son Tim Eubank and wife Michelle, daughter Gina Eubank, granddaughters Sarah Jenkins and Bethany Eubank, grandson Joshua Eubank, great-grandson Noah Jenkins, sister Marilyn Eubank, and brothers Gene, Marion, and Powell Eubank. He is preceded in death by his father William, mother Wanda (Wilson) and wife Sybil (Harmon).

A service and life celebration in Mel’s honor will be held in July in Indiana, where family and friends will gather to remember and celebrate his life and the impact he had on those around him. Internment will be at Stampers Creek in Paoli Indiana.
