Whatever the Weather Storytime and Playdate — 11 to 11:30 a.m., Donner Park, 739 22nd St., Columbus. Join library staff at Donner Park for a storytime and playdate that will occur Whatever the Weather. This month, we will be looking for signs of spring around the park with a scavenger hunt, and coloring with sidewalk chalk.

TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) 1444 — 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., Mill Race Center, 900 Lindsey St., Columbus. Weigh-in at 11:30 a.m., meeting from noon to 1 p.m. Must be a member of Mill Race Center. Call Karen Burbrink at 812-371-9616.

Skill Builders — 1:30 to 2:30 p.m., Bartholomew County Public Library, 536 Fifth St., Columbus. Have fun crafting while we socialize. This month, we will be making a color-change bracelet. Email Sandy Allman at [email protected] to register.

Hope Family Craft Night — 3 to 4:30 p.m., Hope Branch Library, 635 Harrison St., Hope. Come out to Hope and make a Constellation Cube. A great way to get excited about what will be happening in our sky very soon.

Teen Watch-It Wednesday — 3:30 to 5 p.m., Bartholomew County Public Library, 536 Fifth St., Columbus. Celebrate National Poetry Month with this series of films about poets and writers. April 3’s movie is “Dead Poets Society.”

Eclipse Viewer Workshop — 6 to 7 p.m., Bartholomew County Public Library, 536 Fifth St., Columbus. Come and build an eclipse viewer to see the eclipse in a new way. Some materials will be provided, but please feel free to bring anything you want to turn into a viewer.

America’s Red Rock Wilderness — 6 to 7:30 p.m., Bartholomew County Public Library, 536 Fifth St., Columbus. Join the Winding Waters Group for a presentation at the BCPL for our monthly general meeting and guest speaker, Christopher Riccardo, Southern Utah Wilderness Alliance, (SUWA) Midwest Organizer.

Nate Marshall: Poet — 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., The Commons, 300 Washington St., Columbus. Join us in welcoming Nate Marshall. The award-winning poet and educator will share stories of his journey and perform some of his works. Reception will begin at 6:30 followed by presentation and reading at 7 p.m. Presented by BCPL, BCSC, and The African American Fund.
