Foul play ruled out in investigation into cause of death of man found in Jackson County

SEYMOUR — Jackson County Sheriff deputies said there is no indication of foul play in the investigation of the cause of death of a male found near the White River just west of Seymour near the Bell Ford Bridge on March 29.

The man has been identified as Morrissey R. McClain Jr., 26, Louisville, deputies said.

An autopsy conducted Tuesday showed no evidence of foul play. The investigation is ongoing pending autopsy results and toxicology reports.
