CONNERSVILLE — Hauser overcame an early 2-0 deficit with five runs in the third inning Wednesday and went on to post an 8-3 softball win at Connersville.
All nine players in the lineup had at least one hit for the Jets (2-3), and Lexie Hamilton went 2 for 4. Maley Jordan and Haylin Campbell each had a double and two RBIs, and Allie Zapfe had two RBIs.
Paige McDaniel threw a seven-hitter and allowed only one earned run. She struck out seven and walked only one.
