NORTH VERNON
Jennifer Jill (Consley) Jensen, age 57, of North Vernon, Indiana, formerly of Bedford, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, April 14, 2024, at the University of Louisville Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. Born October 31, 1966 in Madison, Indiana, she was the daughter of Donald R. and Rachel Mae (Stockdale) Consley.
Mrs. Jensen was a 1984 graduate of Columbus East High School in Columbus, Indiana, and a 2016 graduate of IVY Tech Community College in Madison, earning her degree as a registered nurse. She was currently serving as a private duty nurse.
She enjoyed cooking, swimming and was a wonderful, caring person.
Her surviving family includes her husband, Eric Jensen, to whom she was married on September 23, 2023; her father of Columbus, Indiana; and four sisters: Donetta Jones, Shirley Gates and her husband, Lester, Julia Adkins and her husband, John, all of Columbus; and Connie Dickmeyer of Madison.
She was preceded in death by her mother on May 16, 2022, two brothers-in-law: Thomas Dickmeyer and Ronald Jones; and paternal and maternal grandparents.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 Noon on Thursday, April 18, 2024 at Ransdell Funeral Home, Bedford, Kentucky, with interment to follow in Pleasant View Cemetery, Milton, Kentucky.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until the time of services on Thursday.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Nursing Program Fund at IVY Tech Community College, Madison, Indiana.
