Columbus Regional Health has announced the final relocation phase of medical practices and services joining NexusPark. CRH at NexusPark officially opened in late January, and more than 15 provider practices and services have relocated to the space in the first quarter of 2024.
The following practices are the final two to join operations at the new facility, located at 2100 25th St. in Columbus:
• Columbus Pediatrics, Ste. B, opening April 22
• Imaging Services at NexusPark, Ste. G, opening April 22
Patients of these provider practices have received specific information for visiting the new office location and will receive reminders for any upcoming appointments that take place at the new location. Patients and visitors to NexusPark should enter the facility through Entrance 3, which is located on the southwest side of the facility. Pregnant mothers and support partners attending appointments at OBGYN Associates, may utilize Entrance 4 on the north side of the facility.
