BEDFORD — Bedford North Lawrence pulled out a pair of three-set wins Thursday to hand Jennings County its first loss of the season, a 3-2 defeat.
Tatum Brown beat Becca Epping 6-2, 6-2 at No. 1 singles, and Kaydence Lowman topped Ava McKinney 6-4, 6-2 at No. 2 singles for the Panthers (3-1).
Jennings’ Mia Silvey fell to Nadia Anderson 6-4, 4-6, 6-2 at No. 3 singles. Trina Collins and Maddy McIntosh lost to Kenley Craig and Izabelle Aldredge 6-0, 6-0 at No. 1 doubles, and Ari Maldonado and Sydney Kegley fell to Jessica Fabian and Emma Conover 6-3, 1-6, 6-0 at No. 2 doubles.
