COLUMBUS, Ind. — Local law enforcement agencies, firefighters and ambulance personnel took part today in Operation Safe Prom, a simulation and staged fatal accident shown to Bartholomew Consolidated School Corp. students to remind them about the dangers of drunk driving and making bad decisions on prom night.
During the event, first responders simulate a fatal accident to remind promgoers of the dangers of drunk driving.
BCSC’s prom is Saturday at The Commons in downtown Columbus.
