North Class of 2024 begins the next chapter following graduation ceremonies

Graduation for the 152nd class of Columbus North High School Bulldogs was held on Saturday morning.

Commencement ceremonies for the 430-student class took place in North’s Memorial Gym to a packed house.

The valedictorian for this year’s class was Alexandra Osburn and Mackenzie Meyer was salutatorian. Both took part in the ceremony, providing remarks that described their experience that brought them all to the moment.

The event featured North’s Symphonic Band, remarks by principal David Clark and BCSC Superintendent Jim Roberts, and the changing of the tassels led by Class President Alexander Clark.

Graduating students also took part in the traditional ringing of the bell as the school year came to a close this week.
