Bartholomew County

Kids Camp — 9 a.m. to noon, St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, 719 Fifth St., Columbus. Get ready for your child or preteen to experience a high energy fun filled week at St. Peter’s Kids Camp this summer! Camp will be open to 3 year olds through current 5th graders. All camp participants will receive a T-shirt.

County Commissioners — 10 a.m., Governmental Office Building, 440 Third St., Columbus.

Mondays at Mill Race Storytime — 10 to 10:30 a.m., Mill Race Park, 50 Carl Miske Drive, Columbus. Join library staff for a storytime geared towards ages 1-5, but all ages are welcome. The BCPL Express will be at each storytime for children to bring home a free book to keep. Meet at the amphitheater near the Fifth Street entrance to the park.

BCPL Express — 10:30 to 11 a.m., Mill Race Park, 50 Carl Miske Drive, Columbus. Join BCPL Express after storytime at the Amphitheater.

USDA Summer Food Service Program — Noon to 1 p.m., Bartholomew County Public Library, 536 Fifth St., Columbus. Food must be eaten on site and folks are not permitted to leave with the meals. Meals are free for children 18 years of age and under. Adults over the age of 18 may purchase a meal for $4.70.

Flow Yoga — Noon to 1 p.m., Bartholomew County Public Library, 536 Fifth St., Columbus. Join us for a one-hour session with certified yoga instructor Sonia Aponte. This class will focus on a smooth, continuous flow of movements linked to the breath to help achieve a mind/body balance.

Teen Taylor Swift Listening Party — 1 to 4 p.m., Bartholomew County Public Library, 536 Fifth St., Columbus.Come listen to Taylor’s latest album ‘The Tortured Poets Department’ and make friendship bracelets inspired by your favorite songs.

Trapped for 125 years: Escape Room — 4 to 5, 5 to 6, 6 to 7, and 7 to 8 p.m., Bartholomew County Public Library, 536 Fifth St., Columbus. You are trapped in the library with a lock set to release in 125 years, the same as the library’s anniversary this year. Discover library history, solve the clues and escape.

Propeller Lego Club — 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., Columbus Propeller, 4760 Ray Boll Blvd., Columbus. Come join Propeller’s ever growing free Lego Club.

Family Storytime — 6 to 6:30 p.m., Bartholomew County Public Library, 536 Fifth St., Columbus. Children ages 1 to 5 years and their families are invited to join us for Family Storytime. This program features fun stories, songs, rhymes, and movement while building early literacy skills.

Photography 101 — 6 to 7 p.m., Bartholomew County Public Library, 536 Fifth St., Columbus. Join members of the Viewfinders Photography club to learn the basics of photography. We encourage people that are just getting started with photography and those who just want to brush up on the basics to come and learn.

Adult Game Night — 6 to 8 p.m., Columbus Bar, 322 Fourth St., Columbus. Great for veteran gamers and new friends, Dakota will bring a selection of library games for attendees to play. Bringing your own game is encouraged. Appetizers provided by the Friends of the Library. Registration is encouraged.
