EDINBURGH, INDIANA
Merrily Marla Outram, 81, passed peacefully from this life the evening of Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at The Belmont Health &Rehabilitation. Merrily was born in Elgin, IL December 3, 1942 to Bernie and Suse Mischke.
Merrily retired from Walmart after 17 years’ service. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She loved her family, especially spoiling her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Crocheting was a favorite pastime for her.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Henry Karl Outram, whom she married July 1, 1967; her children David Outram, Bernhardt Outram, Karla Sue (Vaughn) Gardner and Rebecca Taylor; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.
A brief memorial service will be held Saturday June 15 at 2 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints east building (3330 30th St, Columbus, IN). In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions be made in memory of Merrily to the American Diabetes Association.
