Paul N. Neal, age 67, of Paris Crossing, IN, passed away at Our Hospice Center in Columbus, IN, on Sunday, Nov. 19, 2023.
Paul was born on March 7, 1956, in Seymour, to the late Raymond F. Neal and Milred L. (Jenkins) Neal. He attended Jackson Elementary School and Junior High school in Seymour and graduated in 1974 from Columbus North High School. On July 1, 2000, he married Cora Brooks (now Cora Dowhower of Seymour), of Paris Crossing, IN. On April 4, 2003, their son was born, Ryan Paul Neal. Paul was proud to be a part of his son’s wedding in Mason, OH in 2022 when Ryan married Holly Engleking of Seymour.
Paul was currently employed at Cummins Midrange Engine Plant in Walesboro, IN. He was a member of Coffee Creek Christian Church in Paris Crossing. Paul loved to read, especially the Bible, and to work in his yard and garage. He also enjoyed playing his guitar, which he taught himself to play.
Cremation took place. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Voss and Sons Funeral Service and Crematory. Memorial contributions may be made to The American Cancer Society.
Upon Paul’s request a motorcycle ride and a pitch-in meal will take place at the Marion Community Center 7485 W CR 850 S, Commiskey, IN 47227 on Sunday, June 23rd at 2:00pm. Hamburgers, hot dogs, and drinks will be provided. Please bring a dish and a motorcycle to remember Paul with us!
