With all vote centers reporting, here is the Bartholomew County winner’s list for Tuesday’s election

COLUMBUS, Ind. — With all vote centers reporting here is the winner’s list for Tuesday’s election in Bartholomew County, with Republicans sweeping all partisan races.

Bartholomew County voters supported former President Donald Trump, and Indiana went into the win column for the former president.

Local residents also supported Sen. Mike Braun for Indiana governor, who was declared the winner for the state and Todd Rokita for attorney general, who was also declared a winner in Indiana.

Local voters also supported Jim Banks for U.S. Senate, and Banks was declared the winner.

Jefferson Shreve won the U.S. House District 6 seat formerly held by Rep. Greg Pence, who is retiring, defeating Cinde Wirth and Republican Erin Houchin won in U.S. District 9.

Incumbent Republican Rep. Ryan Lauer won for State Representative District 59 over challenger Democrat Ross Thomas. Incumbent Jennifer Meltzer won for State Representative District 73.

Republican incumbent Larry Klenhenz won reelection for Bartholomew County commissioner District 1 over Josh Burbrink.

Republican county council candidates Kim Bennett, Michael Bell and Marcus Speer won the seats over the Democratic candidates.

Republican Ohmer Miller won the Hope Town Council Ward 3 seat over Jerry Bragg.

For the BCSC School Board, a nonpartisan race, the winners were: Whittney Loyd, Tom Glick and Nicole Wheeldon.
